PVC-O Pipe Extrusion Line
What is PVC-O pipe
PVC-O pipe is a new type of pipe made from PVC-U pipe through a special orientation processing technology. The pipe undergoes biaxial stretching in both the axial and radial directions, which arranges the polymer chains in an orderly, mesh-like structure. This results in a pipe with high strength, high toughness, excellent impact resistance, and fatigue resistance.
Applications of PVC-O pipe
High-pressure water supply pipe
Mining pipe or pipe in mountainous areas
Irrigation
Pressure drainage and sewage systems
Gas distribution networks
Advantages of PVC-O pipe compared with PVC-U PIPE in mechanical property
Better impact resistance
Better elasticity
Better Fatigue resitance
Better crack propagation resistance
Better strength
Better elasticity modulus
