Product introduction
Applies to the production of PP, PE film, sheet (plate) material, widely used in stationery, photo albums, packaging, electronics, medical, catering and building materials industries.

The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity. It can make the plastic melt, uniform in color and high in extrusion.
The T-hanger die adopts special double flow design, which makes the plate thickness more precise.
Three roller rolling technology, three roller chrome plating, mirror polishing.
• temperature control +- 1 degrees, can accurately control the plasticizing process and plate thickness, smoothness.
• rolling device, with high torque motors, with four axis automatic tension control, can adjust the speed and volume of tension to achieve the purpose of smooth rolling sheet, with the cutting device can freely set the desired product width, the machine is equipped with the automatic meter can set the length of product.
