Han Wei, Secretary of the CPC Municipal Committee, and the Standing Committee of the CPC Municipal Committee investigated Grace

Grace welcomed a delegation of municipal government and party officials on a investigation and research visit on the morning of March 9. Those among the visitors are, Han Wei, the secretary of Zhangjiagang Municipal Party Committee; Cai Jianfeng, the mayor; the members of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee; the main heads of the Municipal People’s Congress and the Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference; the deputy mayors and the secretaries of the party committees of all districts, towns and streets. Huang Youliang, Grace’s director of operation, and Peter Franze(Germany), the technical director, gave an overall introduction of the company. Mohamed (Egypt), the director of the Middle East region, and Wang Hua, the director of domestic market, were also members of the reception team.

At the Grace R&D Center, technical director Peter Franz generally introduced Grace’s R&D system and future product planning. The R&D center closely follows customer value and user experience, and fully combines the market’s forward-looking needs.

The newly developed 40L/D single-screw low-melting temperature extrusion technology and the main technical indicators of 36L/D parallel twin-screw extrusion equipment are in a leading position in China and have reached the world-class level.

Han Wei and his delegation visited Grace’s industry-leading lean manufacturing workshop and observed the product demonstration of HDPE1600 large-diameter thick-walled heavy-duty pipe production line. As a leading domestic manufacturer of large-diameter pipe equipment, Grace has provided a total of 62 production lines of high-performance plastic pipes over 800mm to the global market, and provided related products and services to 109 countries and regions around the world.

Han Wei and his delegation spoke highly of Grace’s fruitful achievements in intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation, and highly recognized Grace’s leading R&D system, scientific and efficient lean management, and first-class processing capabilities. At the same time, they encouraged Grace to make continuous breakthroughs and innovations and practice internal skills diligently, striving to become “invisible champions” in subdivided fields.
