Innovation in HDPE Pipe Extrusion
The significant improvement in efficiency is attributed to the innovative Low Melting Extrusion technology (utilizing a 40L/D Extruder), the APC Mould cooling design, a fast-cooling vacuum system with an efficiency calibration system, and a newly designed nozzle. Additionally, a completely redesigned Servo Motor Chip-Free cutter contributes to this enhancement, capable of achieving wall thicknesses up to 200mm and sizes as large as 3300mm.
